A veces, las más de las veces, renunciar y aceptar ser menos, nos hace más grandes.

Durante siete años (2011 a 2017) he grabado a dos grandes del flamenco Belen Fernandez (Bailaora) y Rafael Riqueni (Guitarrista) en la mas estricta intimidad de las salas y ambiente del centro de Arte Flamenco “Amor de Dios”.

Belén Fernandez, me permitió grabarla en sus periodos de crisis devastadores, cuando perdía la confianza en si misma y tras abandonar a sus alumnas, desaparecía en la calle hasta que sus amigos del Centro de Arte Flamenco Amor de Dios, la ingresaban en el hospital.

Más allá de las clases, del duro trabajo diario CARRITO DE LA FORTUNA que nos ha dado Belen es una lección de vida, un ejemplo para todos.

Synopsis

Sometimes, almost always, to give up and accept our failings is what helps us grow.

During a period of seven years ( 2011 to 2017) I have been filming two accomplished famenco artists: Belen Fernandez ( dancer) and Rafael Riqueni (guitarist) closely and privately in the studios and surroundings of the flamenco art centre "Amor de Dios".

Belen Fernandez allowed me to film her during her devastating periods of depression, loss of self confidence and after neglecting her students and ending up homeless untill her friends at the flamenco art centre "Amor de Dios" took her to the hospital for help
Above a beyond the hard work of daily dance training what Belen gives us in FORTUNE CART is a lesson in life and an example to us all.
